SMS messaging terms
When you provide your mobile phone number to a business that uses Cadence, you consent to receive SMS text messages from that business sent through Cadence, including appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, and follow-up about your inquiry or leads.
- Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the business.
- Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages unless you opt back in.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us at privacy@cadenceos.ai.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share or sell your SMS opt-in or consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
Use of the service
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and not to misuse or attempt to disrupt it. The service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
