Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy is a draft provided for transparency and is pending review by legal counsel.
Cadence (“Cadence,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides software that local wellness and fitness businesses use to communicate with their leads and clients. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and services, including our SMS text messaging program.
Information we collect
- Contact information— your name, mobile phone number, and email address.
- Appointment and inquiry information— bookings, appointment history, and the messages you exchange with a business.
- Usage information— basic device and log data (such as IP address and browser type) needed to operate and secure the service.
SMS / text messaging program
When you provide your mobile phone number to a business that uses Cadence — for example, when booking an appointment or submitting an inquiry — you consent to receive SMS text messages from that business sent through Cadence. These messages include appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, and follow-up about your inquiry or leads.
For example, you might receive: “Hi, this is a reminder of your appointment tomorrow at 2:00 PM. Reply STOP to opt out.”
- Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with the business.
- Message and data rates may apply, according to the terms of your mobile carrier plan.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages, unless you opt back in.
- For help, reply HELP or contact us at privacy@cadenceos.ai.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your SMS consent is never shared or sold.
We do not share or sell your mobile phone number, your SMS opt-in, or your consent to receive text messages to any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Consumer opt-in data and consent are used solely to deliver the messaging described above and are not transferred to anyone else for marketing.
How we use information
- To schedule, confirm, and remind you about appointments.
- To respond to your inquiries and follow up on your requests.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service.
- To comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We share your information only as needed to provide the service: with the business you interact with, and with service providers that operate on our behalf under contract — for example, our SMS delivery provider (Twilio), email delivery, and hosting providers. These providers may process your information only to deliver the service and may not use it for their own purposes.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share SMS opt-in or consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.
Data retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information.
Your choices and rights
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at privacy@cadenceos.ai.
Children’s privacy
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
